'80 to 77 tranny swap

Will a C6 from a 1980 f250 351m swap into a '77 f250 460ci with an auto?
The bell pattern looks close - but need to be sure!

Yes, They both share the same bellhousing pattern.

I wasn't aware that Ford made the 351M in '80, I thought they switched to the Windsor........
