If by any chance your like myself and cant get back there to the fire wall and for the life of me cant get any where near those rear two glow plugs than ( this one is for you ).Ive built a fold away portable saffold that fits up and over the front of the truck and puts me directly over the center of the engine were I have now been able to complete a return fuel line and glow plug job.At good old home depot they sale a folding sawhorse ,there yellow about 1 1/2 x 4 x 38 inchs metal pan the legs fold out from it and are adjustable by sliding up or down. You'll need 2 of them. With it laying on its back you'll pick up one side of its legs and adjust those 2 legs to full length=about 45 inchs= and spread apart to lock in,on the other end pull up those 2 legs and leave them pinch close together and not extend,do this to both of them. You'll also need a piece of plywood 2'x4'.Now take the 2 units to the front of the truck open the hood now place each one with the leg pinch close together end over the left and right side front and then down to the frame (or if you cant get to the frame a pipe or a 2x2 square tube to put the set of legs and run down to the ground)and then having those back to 2 sets of legs extend fully out and apart place on the ground you then screw the plywood to the top of the horses. You now can lay on your belly up and over the radiator to adleast the center of the engine and then some.Cost 19.99 each sawhorse and 6 or so dollars for the ply.Its all worth it.When I get near a camera Ill snap some shot and on my gallery.S.L.
