Has anyone heard any update on the new concept Bronco possibly going into production?
Last I read, they were doing a feasability study. It seems like a good idea, considering the shift towards mid-size suvs, and the growing popularity of diesel.
I think we will see it in 2006. There has been a lot of talk on the Disco Web about it.
Sounds like it will be built on a common platform with the Land Rover Defender. Which will also return to North America that same year. Redesigned to NAS, I really hope they do both of these trucks the right way.
as do I, but I have to stress, incase any ford bigwigs are reading, that we want a fulsize bronco, like the excursion, only shorter in the mid section!

That is exactly what I am hoping for. This is what our ideal bronco would look like (I am assuming):
truckin magazine had a custom excursion some one had made quite a few months ago the guy shortened an excursion so it was the same as the pics above looked pretty good, the only thing i didn't like was it was 2wd lowrider,i prefer the 4x4 version above, but then again if you got money anything is possible, i'll try to track down the issue in my pile of books

Personally, that thing isn't what im looking for, and most people will dig in at him for lowering something that should be in the dirt. But look at the fabrication on that thing, definitely some talent at work there. I saw the same thing on Cardomain I think, and all of the Bronco owners were baggin on him for lowering it, I'll see if I can find the link...
