#1 or #2 diesel
Which one do you guys use? Around here where I live most stations only have one choice and it doesnt even say which one it is. But I was up north last week and many stations have both. Which one should I be using and why?

Use the #2 diesel. #1 is for extremely cold weather and you will probably never need it. The #2 winter diesel is a blend of #2 and #1. #2 has more energy and better lubricating qualities than #1. #2 is basically the same as home heating oil and #1 is almost identical to kerosene.
