49 dump to restore
Let me preface this thread by stating that I am a newbie and know nothing about antique Ford trucks. That being said ... There is this retired widow that has to sell a 49 Ford dump truck because she has moved into a retirement home and can't keep the truck.
Her husband was in the process of restoring it when he passed.
Most of the parts are there. I belive that the hydraulics are working. I don't know about the engine. The body is in relatively good shape.
I have an extensive set of pictures including one of the vin plate, and and all of which I can send if requested.
I trust that you folks in the know can let me know how much she can expect for the truck and if there is anyone interested in taking it off of her hands, she would greatly appreciate any offers

Time running out !
Guys & gals,
Today is Monday and I have til Friday to get this truck off of the country property she's on. The problem is that I have no place to put her. The elderly widow I'm doing this for will, I'm sure, entertain any offers. Please lets try to help her out and at the same time, save an oldie that truly is in decent enough shape to warrant saving
