Help: headlight switch miss

1) When I pull on the headlight switch ('87 F250), the motor cuts out momentarily. It's more like a hiccup than a total shutoff, but it's enough to make me want to know what's going on. Can anybody give me a hint?

2) Where on this '87 is the relay located that powers the computer?

1° Could be a partial short circuit inside light swith.

2° ECM relay is located side to computer if your trucks is electric carby. If the truck is EFI is located at Engine Comp. Fuse Box.
