Heck, the entire 'morning zoo' show is worth getting up early just to listen to the stuff those guys do. I thought most of their stuff was syndicated on all of the Clear Channel radio stations. If not, you guys are sure missing some funny stuff.
We used to have 97.1 when they had Kramer and Twitch. They were funny as heck, but got fired for spreading rumors about Britanny Spears dying or somthin like that but man were they FUNNY. Now 97.1 is the sunny somethin, old music. All we have now is 102.1, The morning edge, there funny as heck too but near as funny as kramer and twitch were. Does anyone remember them?
Brent Douglas aka Rody D Mercer does readings of rock songs in the voice of Sean Connery , it will make you fall off your chair.
He also does Dr Gene Squat a radio evangilist that will make you fall of your chair and pee your pants.
I have heard them in other clear channel markets. I even played golf behind him and his side kick in charity golf tournament a few years ago. We kept having to wait on the group in front of them and he was pretty cool to talk to.
I also have an autographed bottle of Roy D Mercer liquid whoopass BBQ sauce.

I remember 97.1, that station rocked, it's all I listened to when I moved here. One day I got in the truck to go to work and thought someone had been screwing with my radio... I finally realized that it was just gone, I've never seen a station go away like that... I haven't found any that I like since then really. I just listen to launchcast at work now. Phill and Brent were good, and we had a morning show in Ft. Smith for a while and the DJ's were John & Zach... I think it was Zach Arnes but I can't remember John's last name, those guys always had me cracked up. Especially the calls from Shirley Q. Liquour... OMG those calls were funny.
