'99 starting hard problem
When I let my 1999 XLS Explorer sit for a while (an hour or more) it is kind of hard to start. What I mean is, it cranks over for a while and then starts, doesn't start right away. It has only about 22,500 miles on it. It runs just fine however when it is started but just scares me when it is hard to start. Any ideas/suggestions?

Just to let you all know, I took my explorer in and there is a service bulletin on it for hard starting. I belive it is for the 99-01 explorers that have a hard start after sitting for an hour or two. it is a fuel pump regulator I believe that always the gas to drain back in cause it stays stuck open. Just to let you all be aware of this in case it happens to you. I am getting mine fixed in a couple days!
