Headlight alignment
Hey fellas, How do you align the headlights using the "at home method". My '56 Ford seems to be aiming the lights to the extreme left and a little high.

well my grandfather taught me a fairly easy way to do it find a level surface with a wall or a piece of plywood at right angle to the ground place the truck almost touching the wall with the headlights on mark were the beams hit then back the truck straight back about 15 feet or so and adjust till they hit the marks ya made on the wall that will get ya in the ballpark

yea he was a pretty smart man he was a ford mechanic for different dealers in the st. pete fl area from the fortys all the way up until i think the early seventies he forgot more than i will ever know i truely miss him
