ok, I have two 10' in. audiobahn high excursions. I recently got jacked of one sub (go figure) and had to replace the sub and custom truck box that a buddy built. So I purchased a new sub and went ahead and built two new boxes for them. The boxes are slightly bigger, but not much .68 cu. ft. to .73 Cu. ft. The problem is when both subs are on my bass just absolutley disapears and when I move the balance to one side or another, One 10 just pounds away. I just can't figure out why.I have a 1995 f-150 single cab. The boxes I had before sounded great, But these sound like S***. Any help would be really helpful. Dollar
Chances are you wiring is rong you should take them out and check if you have them briged make sure you have negitive to negitive and postitive to postive if that doesn't work check your amp rca cables and wiring, there could also be wires touching this could cause a short and mek only one work at a time and the last option would be to get another amp hope i helped
No, the subs are wired correctly. It is something to do with the box/air space and a my single cab truck. when both subs are on they are hitting fine, they just do not sound good at all. You move the balance to one sub and the good bass sound comes back, but not as loud as two subs
sounds like one may be hooked up backwards; ie. reveres polarity, did ya try that?
i noticed mine did that, when i put new subs in my bandpass box...
i got one backwards
if they hooked up in pararell using only one output of the amp the amp combines the left and right channel usually the right side is louder when u switch the balance
