Rear parking light not working.

Rear parking light not working.

The rear parking lights on my 99 exp does not work. I checked all the fuses in the cab and in the engine compartment and found nothing blown. The signals and the backup light still work I just can't figure out why they would work if the parking lights does not. Does anybody know or had this problem and somekind of solution to fix it?

Rear bulbs are dual filament that is why the blinkers and brake lights work.

I would check the grounds for the rear lights.
