7.3 fuel filter?

Do the 2002 f-250 7.3 PSDs have two fuel filters? If so where is the second located? I know about the one on top of the engine. If there are two, does the second one take the same kind of filter?

There is a filter screen on the fuel pickup in the tank, but it does not need servicing.

The one at the top of the engine is the only one that you need to change.

You might be thinking about the 6.0. It has one on top of the engine and one by the fuel pump. Different animal from the 7.3.

You're exactly right. I was reading a 6.0 manual from work and saw they have a HFCM amd that got me wondering.
