Do X-Plans qualify for rebates too?

Do X-Plans qualify for rebates too?
If I used an X-Plan pin, would I qualify for any rebates offered at the time I picked up my truck as well? Or do X-Plans give you a set price?

You'll get the standard vehicle rebate ($1500 on Super-Duty 6.0s, for example), but you can't get any of the private offers (AQHA, College Grad, Commercial Connection, etc...).
