try some mean green...use this sparingly as it may or may not react to your plastic parts. i have had good results with it...also try windex it actually works on mild dirt and staining due to sweat.
a good cleaner/degreaser is what you want. i use a product called new wave thats made by ardex, a car detail supply store, but it may not be in your area. if mean green is the same as simple green, then it will work, but it smells a little harsh for interior work. the key is to get a scrub brush. i just use a cheap one from the cleaning section at wal mart. spray it on, scrub, then wipe off w/a towel. same process works good on carpets too.
On the interior of my f150 the panels of the interior are looking a little dirty. What is the best stuff to use for cleaning up interior?
I agree 1000% about the ardex new wave. It's an awesome product. U can also go with the ardex "ok" green. You can't go wrong with either. Both are very safe. The new wave goes a long way. One gallon will make 5-6 gallons. The water actually activates the detergents in it so it's not a dangerous product with high alkalinity or a highly caustic product so you won't stain aluminum trim or plastics. It's strong enough to to an engine at 50/50 but can clean plastics and carpets at 6-1. There's a website ardexwax.com. They have distributers all over the country. They should be able to find one near you
I use my favorite interior detailer (which happens to be mother's protectant) and I use a tooth brush to flick the trash out of the grain. Micro fiber towels are also better than paper towels or even rags to remove the debris from the grain of the plastic.
