Side steps ?
Does anyone have the new Dennis Carpenter catalog for 1996 trucks and Bronco's ? The reason I ask is I am interested in buying the same side steps as shown on the white truck on the cover of the catalog . The catalog does not feature the steps and I emailed the company and they said they do not sell the steps and I should look for a company that sells truck accessories . Has anyone noticed them for sale at a particular site ? They are not the tubular type but rather to be something along the lines of a ground effect style with a rubber covered step area .I hope my description isn't confusing anyone into thinking I want " ground effects " on my truck ? They mount under the rocker panel and visually make the truck look lower and can be painted to match the body color . They may be made of fiberglass or a composite material , I'm not sure ? Anyone have any knowledge of where to find these ?
