HI ALL ,I HAVE A 97 RANGER 2.3 2WHEEL DRIVE WITH NO CRUISE,HOW HARD WOULD IT BE TO GET ONE FROM A JUNk YARD AND PUT IN ?? OR IS THE ONES U CAN BUY ANY GOOD FROM AUTO PARTS STORES, JUST BEING LAYZZZZZZEEEEE

I think your best bet is asking the Ford Dealer what they have to offer, and then comparing that with other aftermarket systems available. The fact that the components will be fresh and the kit will include detailed installation instructions makes it worthwhile to purchase a new system, IMO.
