At one time I had both a set of 94's and a some 00's in the garage. It appeared to me that the tracks were very similar if not identical. The 00's are still out there, but the 94's I put into my 87 Bronco.
If you're messing with power seats, the wiring is different. The power options may differ too. My 94's both have power with lumbar and power bolsters. The 00's driver side has only power with lumbar. The passenger isn't power at all. If you can cut and splice, the wiring is fairly easy to adapt though.
