Ok not a good way to start off with my first post but here goes, I have a 1996 Ford Bronco with a 302, I am currently modding the truck for street racing, I have only found one pic of a Ford bronco in drag mode! So I want to do some thing different,. I need to yank the front end out of it and replace it with a front end out of a F150, Is there anyone of anywhere I can find a list of parts that I will need to aquire, as well as parts to keep or lose. I know the common part such as the hubs, axles, differential, and the common four wheel drive stuff. Can anyone help me with this project.
Hey Kid, Im fixing to do the same. What trany are you planing to use? Only I dont plan to race it.
I have'nt done it before but seems like all we need is a front end out of a F-150 (wheel to wheel)
Let me know if you run across any snags.
I like the full size bronco's but the gas millage sucks. I have a 90 300 6 cylinder and the complete wireing harness for it out of a f-150 I wrecked. Im sure buy converting it to 2 wheel drive useing an AOD trany and my 300 6 banger I can get it up to 19 or 20 MPG
Guys you are driving Bricks with wheels under them. they weight almost 6000lbs and not very arodynamic. But if you want a good 2wd kit here you go just copy and paste but will need to add the WWW for it to work.

But seriously if you want good gasmileage get a car. and a 300-6 is not gonna get good mileage with this type of rig because of the weight . the motor is gonna work harder to push it down the road. you would be better off with a v-8 like a 351 that will move it better at a lower rpm with the proper tranny and gears and tire size. my bronco had a 302/AOD got 11town 13hwy. now with 351/AOD i get 12town 16hwy
