I have just purchased a 1992 Ford Explorer and found that I am having problems keeping it running at low RPM's (it just tries to idle speratically or stall all together). the other problem I am having is the starter. It seems like the starter has just died but now I am unable to even bump start it.
Does anyone have any Ideas on what these issues could be. This is my first ford product that I have bought and I don't understand what could be going on with it.
Sounds like you may have been running it with the starting problem, and this problem may have gotten more serious as to not even let it be able to run now. The computer has to have some voltage to be able to give fuel to the engine to start.
