Just bought my PSD!!!!!!!!

New to me. 2002 CC 4x4 SB XLT Auto 48,000 miles. I love this truck. I have only driven it for about 700 miles, but man this is a great truck. Just over 17 mpg on the first tank. I am sure I will have lots of questions, so be patient.

As another new owner of a 2002 I have to agree, the PSD in my F350 XLT CC Longbox impressed the heck out of me with the feeling of power compared to the 460v8 in my previous F250. Can hardly wait to get the Camper loaded & head out of town... . Having to work for a living sux!

Congrats! I'm always glad to see a new member on the 7.3 forum. You'll love the 7.3 PSD, it's a workhorse.

Congrats, man! I too recently purchased my new-to-me PSD 2000 Ex LTD.

Do what I did when I first found this site (and what I still do)...read, read some more, and then when you're finished doing that, read even more! Now here's the kicker, after you've read everything that grabs your attention, start doing searches and yep, you guessed it, read again! Let me tell you, there's a plethora of info out there. This site is an encyclopedia of info for Ford Trucks and PSD.

Some of the search terms I used were: lift kits, suspension, exhaust, radius arms (Landyot), CAMP (aka CPS, otherwise referred to as camshaft position sensor), International, coolant, oil, MPG, Banks, Tymar, AIS...

You get the picture. The more you read, the more questions you'll want to do searches for, looking for the answers.

The truth is out there....

Welcome to the club....now for some friendly advice......HIDE YOUR WALLET or these guys will spend your mod money faster than a wife in a shoe store!

Read, read, search, and read some more but dont be afraid to ask...there are no dumb questions I've already asked all of them.
