Wiring Problem?
I have got a strange problem with my 93 4wd Explorer Sport. It all began with my radio sound going out. The radio LED is on and I can here faint music form it, but none of the sound controls work (volume, Bass etc...). I have taken the radio out and cleaned the connections but that did not help. Yesterday my passenger side window refused to go up. I hear a click when I use the control but nothing happens. Is this a related problem? If so any ideas on how to fix it?

They shouldn't be related. My radio is on the way out and it's just because it's old. Radios can wear out and it seems Ford radios are more prone to this than other models (IMHO). The window switches have an audible click so you need to check for power to the switch and beyond the switch. Only way to test elctrical is to start isolating it down...
