Ruff Ride 2000 EXPY

I am experiancing a ruff ride at slower speeds, when at highway speeds the ride is smooth, any thoughts, tires, shocks, ?????

sounds like tires, when was the last balance rotation? How old are the tires? You should be do for shocks soon also, but I would concentrate on tires and alignment.
