washer pump not working

PLEASE HELP! I have a 1999 eddie bauer explorer v8. The washer pump will not work. I hot wired the pump itself and it works fine. The fuses seem to be fine as well. Has anyone had this problem. What can it be? Thanks in advance.

Then it has to be the wiper/washer switch or the wiring to it.
