Cylinder Heads, cam, rocker arms, carburetor, exhaust manifold that is about it. I may be missing something. The carb would be an iffy situation. The 351W and 302 are in the same family. They are very similar, however the 351W has a taller deck height. I have heard that you can get a 302 intake to work, but need spacer's to fill in the gap between the manifold and the heads. The only reason to do that is if you absolutely wanted to run dual 4bbl carburetors. Nobody made that manifold for a 351W, but they did for the 302.
You can swap the cam, but need to change the firing order. Probably no difference in the cylinder heads on '80's vintage, but the early 351W heads (69-70) had bigger valves and were worth swapping onto either the 302 or 351W.
the winsor has larger head bolts, to put them on a 302 you have to use 1/2 inch shanked bolts. everything on the front of the engines will interchange except the balancer and the timing cover. the flywheels and balancers are diff. so what ever you do dont swap them. in 1980 the 302 went to internally balancing, and the 351w stayed the same.
