Window Crank

How do I remove the window crank handle from my 90 F-250?? I need to remove the door panel so that I can rewire the door speaker, but I'm at a stand-still until I can get that handle off. Thanks.

It has two parts. A heavy vinyl cover and a plastic structural member.

"Peel" off the outer vinyl cover enough to reveal a screw that holds the crank in place.

Remove the screw. (It may be a torx screw...)

Yeah, the guy before me had a little tiny speaker mounted on (not in) the dash, so I need to run those wires back to the door. Sounds pretty good now just having the one speaker, but I want both working. I'll work on that after I get it back tomorrow and let everyone know.

I probably could've figured this one out on my own. It's so much simpler than the chebbie door handles, which require a special tool to take the crank off. Thank God Ford is smarter......
