squeeks and rattles

squeeks and rattles
What has everyone done to rid the squeeks and rattles inside their ride? I have one particularly annoying squeek coming from somewhere around the driver door to the driver side rear door..and also the armrest console..and the rear bin....oh, and my cd changer in the armrest likes to skip....any tips? Thanks

Mine really doesn't make much noise. I padded the inside of the center console with napkins to keep the tapes from rattling but that was because I took the liner out to install my CD changer. Is you CD changer stock? Mines a Kenwood and it works great despite the ride. I noticed another rattle in the cargo area and found that the tire iron was not securely attached to the inside of the cover.
Even my 92 X w/ 120K miles that I traded a year ago wasn't too bad. The console rattled some and there was another some where. Still, isn't bad at all for a truck it's age.
All I can say is these are trucks underneath. That is why they ride rough and develop some rattles over time.
And you could always just turn the tunes up
