Climate control stuck on hot

I have a 95 Limited with the cliamate control. It will only blow cold air with the a/c on and set to 60 degrees. Any other setting blows air as hot as a hair dryer! Is this fixable?

Sounds like the blend door issue. Search these boards and you'll find a lot of posts on it. Hope this helps
