I've seen bits and pieces of this guy's routine in the past but he's on the Comedy Channel tonight so I sat and watched an hour of it. I haven't seen anything that funny in as long as I can remember. I need to buy the Blue Collar Tour DVD now. Anybody else like him and the rest of that redneck group? The whole group of them cracks me up but the expressions the Cable Guy uses have me rolling.
I prefer Ron White. Ive been watching all those guys all weekend long and own Blue collar comedy tour. Ive been listening to those guys WAY before the BCCT and now that they are main stream, everyone is saying GIT R DONE, redneck jokes and here's your sign.
Ron White is absolutely hilarious. If anyone does a lot of driving and enjoys stand-up comedy get XM radio. I have it in my car and they have non stop stand-up routines on channel 150, uncensored. It's great for road trips.
I've listened to them all before the comedy tour and such on comedy central which has made git r done a household word. I think Larry is a great comedian...I can't decide between him and ron though. And Bill Engvall does some pretty funny stuff too...I really couldn't say who I like best...but I put Jeff at the bottom.
I would have to say that of the four, 'ol Ron White was certainly the best. What a smart-elect. I suppose that's why I liked him so much is because he reminds me of myself and some of the things that I would say.
Jeff foxworthy is a lot better than he seems on the DVD and the one that comedy central was showing. Those werent his really good stuff. Buy his cds to get a better idea of how funny he really is. But Ron is definitly the best of them. Shame comedy central loves their BEEP button!
sometimes, i can pick up a hard rock station from KC Kansas, 98.9.....The Rock, anyways, sometimes Larry calls in and tells hardcore jokes that'll make a biker blush, and it is freakin hilarious!
if y'all happen to be near KC check it out sometimes in the mornings on Johhny dare and Murphy in the Morning, it's a full scale riot, i'd go into detail, but i can promise, this post'd get deleted faster than a chivvie sinks in a mud puddle
I liked that joke about Larry's large sister with a bellybutton ring:
"That's not a belly ring, thats a hitch!"
The beer I was drinking almost came out my nose, when I heard that one!
The Holy Moley bit was good too.
