Any performance muffler will make it rumble nice. Your lucky because you have a v-8 and almost any muffler will sound awsome on it. Now if that was true for my v-6 ranger.
The Flowmaster 40 series really do make a nice rumble. I have one on my 250 with a 460 in it... dumped directly rear of the muffler - just enough exit pipe to reach the hanger. The Deltas do take a bit of the throatiness out of the exhaust nore, but the Delta design is mainly to reduce the in cab drone that the original has!

I just put a Flowmaster 50 series on my 04 3.0 V6 and it gave it a nice rumble, I'm using the stock tailpipe too. Can expect to much from a 148 hp motor hehe
make sure you dont get the 50 series because they sound like your runnin in a tunnel. i'm taking off a brand new set/ wasted money to get something that will cackle... i had purple hornie's and they just wore out after about 12 years of use
i dont know i kinda like the no muffler exit infront of the rear wheels myself dual setup myself...a nice set of 3 inch pipes flared tips...oh yea...ha ha ha
