Possibly the safety switch in the proportioning valve is tripped ?

sorry it is an 85 dodge van
It does not have abs
I pumped many times without getting any fluid out of bleaders then tried one of the one man bleading cups and pumped it a million time and still get no fluid from the new calipers
yes the master cylinder is full
proportioning valve tripped ? not sure what you mean
origional problem went as follows worked fine pop drove for week and came back with brake caliper on drivers side locked and one on passenger side chewed all to peices cylinder missing chunks and pads barely with metal left let alone pad however the other side still had plenty of pad left it was still locked would not push in bent two large c-clamps trying

The proportioning valve is where the master cylnder brake lines go to. There is a pin in it & I think you will find that the pin will be sticking out of it & needs to be pushed back in to get the fluid going again to the front. When it detects a pressure drop it shuts off the fluid to the front or rear depending where the leak is. Push it back in & see if it will gravity bleed, always pump them slowly when bleeding.

thanks mark I am going to assume that my proportioning valve is defective as I tried what you said as far as pushing the pin in and it would not budge then noticed that that pin moves in and out each time you hit the brake pedal but allways sticks out 1/4 to 1/2 inch

You will have to bleed the air out of the new master cylinder or you will never get fluid to flow.
