Thanks for the link I need all the help I can get to try and get ford to either comp me for my poor fuel mpgs or buy the truck back and put me in a new one.

FWIW When I filled up this weekend I ran the pump at half speed for 3/4 tank and about 1/4 speed for the last 1/4 tank, and it filled right up to the top with no foaming. This was with a large diameter nozzle that the semi's use. The total elapsed time was probably about the same but with a bit less aggravation.
