Can you get future rebates if you order now?
If I order a 2005 F-250 this month can I receive future rebates on the truck?
Did I understand that correctly in a reply from 1956MarkII in another post?

Hey Saxon,
Rebates and other incentives are usually applied at time of delivery. Could be wrong about Ford, but at all of the makes my dealership sells, this is the rule.

It's my dealership's policy to guarantee the rebate that's in effect at time of order. Again, this is a DEALERSHIP policy, not Ford's. If the rebate's a $1,000 when you order it and it drops to $500 by the time it comes in, we'll make up the difference so you'll get the $1000. If it goes up, then you'll get the higher rebate.
Since there are no rebates on '05s at this time, then there's nothing to guarantee. If they add a rebate that's in effect at time of delivery, then you'll get that rebate. BUT: with Ford holding the line on '05 pricing, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for a rebate anytime soon.
