clutch issues
I have a 1989 F-350, with a 7.5l EFI. 5- speed tranny. The problem is I cant get it to go into any gear. I have replaced the clutch, pressure plate and the bearing. I also replaced the master cyl., line, and the slave cyl. I have bled the system. I still get no clutch. I can see the slave pushing on the fork that holds the bearing. How much does the fork move? Mine moves about one inch with the pedal at full travel. The pedal feels real weak. This may be a dumb question, but, someone asked me if I put it in backwards. is this possible? I thought it only goes on one way. Please help! if i dont get this truck running soon, Ill have to get rid of it and I dont want to do that.( I love this truck). Any help will be a gift from above! thx, Frank.
