nothing is impossible.but what your asking is improbible. the 5.4 is 6" wider than the 5.0 and your explorer frame isn't wide enough.major hassel with removing ac box for underdash mustang style ac.may i ask why.the 5.0 or 5.7 fit so well and can make much more power for less $
