down here in the south there is a migatory bird called a coot. It is probily one of the dumbest birds. The dog can even catch them live. We will be setting up the decoys and the dog will come trotting up to us with a coot in its mouth. When he let the bird go it will just sit there or try to swim off. it will not try to fly off unless you really provoke it too. Plus it is a very ugly bird.

So when i saw this thread i was thinking why would anyone have one of those brids as a pet. But as they say you learn something new every day.

There used to be an old guy here at work that had one. He sold it but said that he wished he hadn't. He said it would go just about anywhere. Hydrostatic drive and the front and rear ends were independent so all four wheels would stay on the ground, kinda like a rock crawler. Is that it?

Yeah that's it.. that's a newer one but that is still it. Hydrostatic drive would be pretty neat.
