Won't Start!!! Need Suggestions
I need a little help trying to figure out why my 99 Explorer won't start (4 L SOHC). I've tested almost everything, battery, fuel tank, fuel pressure, spark on each plug, plug wires, primary & secondary ignition coil resistance, air filter, voltages, etc.... The only thing I haven't tested is the PCM, because I'm not sure how to test it. If anyone has any other suggestions, please respond. Anything to keep me from going to repair shop!!

Have you pulled the engine codes yet?? If it's PCM related, it will most likely show up in one of the codes. Also, it looks like you checked fuel pressure, but are you sure you are getting fuel to the intake?? Have you tried spraying ether into the intake to try and start it??
