Getting Code 334
HIall,went to advance auto to check my codes and only one thay found was a code 334
[single voltage higher then expected ] do i need a new egr valve?? any help would be great, thanks mavoles,93 ranger2.3 5pd,

Here are some possible causes, you should really run the pinpoint test for the code, drop me an email if you need it.
Possible Causes:
-- Improper vacuum.
-- Improper exhaust backpressure.
-- EGR valve.
-- EGR leakage.
-- Low or no EGR flow.
-- Wrong orifice.
-- EGR system components.
l Check vacuum hoses and connections for looseness, pinching, leakage, splitting, blockage and proper routing.
l Inspect EGR valve for loose retaining bolts or damaged flange gasket.
