I only paid 1,250 for my superlift - with rear springs!!!!
Sounds much better!!! I figured if he was gonna get rear springs add another $350 plus the Bilsteins. Not a good deal at all. I still like the 8" Edge installed for $2,200.

Have you seen what skyjacker wants for their 8" system? It is like 1,700 dollars w/o shocks!!!
The cheapest price I've seen in California for the 8" SL spring $1243.99 not including labor nor dual steering stabilizer bar with the NEW Superlift flamed logo. Not to mention labor and tax. Show me were to get this set up any cheaper in CA? Not to mention the Superlift Tru Speed Sensor Calibrator is included in the package. $1340.00 includes everything mention..... I know some people just pay to much...... It's ok....
i think any all spring lifts that are 8" and higher will ride hard and will be bouncy. i have heard of others putting weight in the bed so that it reduces the bounce. i have that same problem and thinking to put a full size spare in the bed. hopefully that will help reduce any bouncing.
Most people would not admit there truck bounces a lot with the all around spring set up. But I really appreciate your honest and truthfull opinion.
superlift vs edge.. search and read.. soo much on this topic.. i know if i had a kit in hand.. no way would i buy another... it aint going to be that much better... if you were the type that wanted the ride of a caddy in the first place youd be drivein a chev IFS HD... anyway.. as for the shocks... gas shocks can be mouned up or down dont matter unlike oil shocks.... however many people recomend you mount them boot down.. to help dirt/sand etc to not settle on top of the shock on the shaft seal... upside down will aid in keep it cleaner and longer life.... however it will work the same in either configuration.

i have there springs up front and they are the best bang for the buck.. make sure your getting the "select series" 10 leafs packs.. for real smooth ride.... If you can afford it.. look at EDGE.. similiar quality as superlift.. but all parts "made in america".. .thats always good to support.. specially these days... when i got my Superlift parts.. there were stamped "made in INDIA"..
had i known that i would have bought the EDGE springs over the superlift..they are significantly more though..... if money is an issue you be pleased with superlift.. i had skyjacker springs before.. they were too rough.. the superlifts are about as smooth as stock if not better.. there great.

Hmmmmm.....who wanted a smoother ride.........ahhhaa the Mr. Chevy IFS HD Don't install the Skyjacker Springs too rough.
Ducster,
thanks dawg!.....I got 37"s by 13 inches(i think 13 i forgot) sittin on a 16x10 rim
I towed an 7000# load today and NO sag in the rear...I didn't even see the rear end go down at all. I got the 60%front 40% rear balance on the trailer down pat though....
HEY VISTAR, when you goin to Azuza? I'm feeling like I wanna kick up some mud

No sag...that's great!!! FYI.... My truck will be lifted on July 1. I will post some pictures as soon as it is done.
PUUUUUULLLLLEEEEAAAAZZZEEEEE....... All of your lifts stink and were way too expensive. The "unspoken" lift company has the softest ride around. Right, Stroker?!Get a clue. And anytime you boys want to fling some mud at Azusa, give me a call and I'll show you to do it.
OH! ... OH! ... OHOHOHOHOH!!! ::being a total instigator::
