4:10 Milage

4:10 Milage
I am looking at a Crew 172 DRW PSD with 4:10 rear end and would like an estimate from you folks on the fuel milage empty and with loads. Loads would be 10ft slide in (Est 2500lb), or 24ft TT (est 4500lb).
This could be a daily driver so I need to try and see what to maybe expect. This is supposed to be a good buy but I need this info to help in the decision process.

I have the 4x4 version. I get 14.5-15.5 around town. 16.5-17.5 empty on the highway. Loaded with 8500 lb Travel Trailer I got 11.8 on a trip where I was highway, but non-Interstate and traveling at 55-60 mph. I get 10.5 with the same load on the Interstate at 70-75 mph.
