JasonVMP will not be participating any further. Only sponsoring vendors may discuss their products here.
Flash tuning means you ship your computer to a company to tune directly. You're without the use of your vehicle during this time and if you need to take your truck in for warranty work you're screwed because you can't restore your stock tune without shipping your computer again.

Question for Ken, I have a 2004 F-150 5.4 v8 Heritage. Iam a little confused. I want to get rid of the 92mph fail safe cut off. Is there or is there not a chip that will take care of this? From what I have read, there are two answers for my truck. If there is .which sponser would I talk to about ordering?

The Heritage is essentially the same truck as the 2003 and uses the same type of programming. Tuning Ford's depends entirely upon the tuner having a "read" of the PCM code available.
The Superchips Microtuner supports PCM codes that were available at the time it was put into production. So, if your truck has a 2003 PCM code the Microtuner will work with it. If it has a 2004 code, it won't.
With chips, new codes are being read all the time. To chip it with a Diablo Sport chip I'd need to know the PCM code.
The code is four digits (always 3 letters followed by 1 number). Its on a white sticker on the passenger side door frame (not the door) near the hinges.
