Have you checked the voltage to the pump? Sucks, but your prolly gonna have to start there and work your way back. Also check that 10 ga ground wire to your battery. Its the EEC ground and without it, the pumps won't function.

So, did you check your eec relay like I stated a couple of days ago and the associated wiring ? What does your Haynes or Chilton's manual say about this ? I can't do much electrical without my Haynes. Best $$$ invested on your Bronco. We can only do so much online.
