weight diffrence? psd/460

How much more does a 7.3 psd weigh than a 460? Just wondering.

PSD weighs about 960lbs.

I do not know for sure but I have been told by some that it weighs over 1000 pounds. Sorry, no clue on the 460

PSD does weight over 1K lbs.

The powerstroke engine weighs 1435 lbs wet (all fluids) and the 460 weighs 695-750 lbs. depending on application (oil pan size/coolant capacity)

Thanks for the info, that is allot of weght difrence. Now I know why my leaf springs are saging.
