Fomoco Part # Decoding

Could someone please explain the way FOMOCO codes their part numbers? I have read bits and pieces about their practices and I'd like to get a full explaination so I can start searching for "goodies" for my "new" 71 F100.

This is the best I can do without going through it myself.

I'm sure this will be a huge help though ?
