How diffucult is it to bleed that master and slave cylineders. Its 1996 F-350 4x4. My buddy bought the parts to change his and we were wondering how much of a pain this really is? do we need a reverse bleeder system??? Any input would be graet, we value the suggestions on this forum.

Come on. I know some knows how to do this, or can offer some insight, please.
Getting all the air out can be a PITA, but if you detach the slave from the bellhousing and let it hang you can usually get it bled. If you do go the pre-bled route the part number for the assembly is 2c3z-7c522-ca. It runs around $125 local ($131.10 w/tax).
