1) Drain the oil, pull the pan clean it to bare metal, and weld it. I bet any muffler shop (or any mechanic with a welder) would charge you under $20 to zap it. You can then grind it down yourself and repaint.
2)Drain the oil, pull the pan, drill and tap a hole that is bigger than the current hole, tap and thread a bolt into it, with some silicone so it doesn't leak.
You can buy a chrome oil pan on Ebay for under $40.00...or check Summit Racing or Jegs and just get a new one.
