460 heads interchange

I am looking at a 460 block that is an fuel injected ...93 I think... well I was wandering if it would be possable to put an carb heads off an 84 on to the 93 block. If I understand it right the newer blockes had flat top pistons raise comp. in the new combo I would be building.

Heads are interchangeable but the pistons are different in 93, The 93-97 use different piston rings(metric) The pistons have valve relieves and a small dish about 3/32 of an inch.
