Flow Thru Tailgate

I have 99 3.0 ex cab short wide bed. Is there any one who makes flow thru tailgates for ranger pickups? I have been able to save some $ driving with the tailgate down but I don't like the way that looks. Any help would be appreciated.

Most folks agree that tail gate up is better fuel economy then tail gate down. A tonneau cover over the bed is worth about half a mile per gallon.

My tonneau cover saves me 1 MPG. And Flow through tailgates are expensive bro, around four hundred dollars. I remember seeing them online somewhere, I'll check around then tell you the site.

I got a high quality net from JC Whitney. It doesn’t look like your typical cheap net. It has two heavy duty looking bars for top and bottom to keep it from sagging and looks great. I saw it on someone else’s F-150 and then went out and bought it myself. About $50 dollars or so.
