02 engine sizes

Hey all,
What are the physical dimensions of the 7.3L diesel and 6 speed. I have been offered one for $14,000 Australian, and I want to fit it inot my 76 F250, any pros and cos?

The frame is probably not strong enough for the weight of the PSD, the suspension isn't strong enough and you will need the entire wiring harness, IDM and PCM.

the psd weighs about 1200 lbs. It uses the bbf bell housing, i doubt a c-6 would hold up. You would need the diesel pump and all of the electronics.

The engine I have been offered comes with the computer, loom, radiator and intercooler, I was planning to go to heavy duty aftermarket F350 springs, to you think they would be strong enough?
