What up guys,
Ok I have been browsing every post in this section looking for an idea.. but I want to explain my sitution and see if anyone has had the same symptoms. I have 1995 F-350 5 spd 5.8w. With air on driving with 4 adults not a problem one barely reaches the "N" on normal not matter what the temp is. When I am hook up to my 30 foot 5th wheel 4 adults air on it stays on the "o or R" until a slight incline and then proceeds to climb to the "M or A". If I pull a big hill it goes to the "L" or above. I have flushed the radiator, new thermostat, put the coolant additive "wetter water" and it did help a little. I have looked at my clutch fan and if you try to spin it it moves approx a 1\2 a revolution. I have read on here about a pusher fan. Also I have looked at my condenser 90 % of the fins are straight and I can see all the way through. any ideas I am running out of options. One other thing I have an exhaust leak on the right manifold and I am possibly thinking it maybe running lean?
Thanks,
scott

I think you are on the right track with the lean condition. That motor is giving it it's all pulling that load. A pusher fan would pad your safety zone.
If your radiator is blocked with mineral deposits, most radiator flushes will not remove them. The best way is to take it to a radiator shop, and have them rod it out. I would say you still have a blocked radiator....
Well I finally found the issue. Just incase anybody else has had this problem. I bought a 4 core radiator from Pepboys part # 463009. I also put a 160 degree thermostat. I pulled it twice since I replace the radiator and thermostat. It does not go past the "o" on the factory gauge. These were hard pulls fully loaded. Also with the 160 thermostat it is throwing a little more fuel in to help with the power. Thanks guys for all of the suggestions.
