Radiator Flush

I have a 351w in a '89 Lariat and I need to know how to drain the coolant in order to flush the radiator.

If there is no drain petcock low on the radiator, you can always yank the lower radiator hose to drain it. Use extreme caution if its hot, and loosen the cap first.

The best way is to completly flush the system with a machine, most shops do this for $50-$70. I know that's expensive but it's the best way.

I ended up having to "yank" off the lower hose. That was a lot of work. Thanks guys.
